Term & Conditions

  1. Personal training sessions that are not rescheduled or canceled 24 hours in advance will result in a loss of a session.
  2.  Late Arrivals: Clients arriving late will receive the remaining scheduled session time, unless previous arrangements were made with the personal trainer.
  3. Completion of all personal training sessions must be used within 2 weeks after your program end date. Personal training sessions are void after this time period.
  4. No personal training refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to relocation, illness, and unused sessions.
  5.  This program can not begin until full payment is received and the onboard questionnaire is completed and signed.
  6. Pricing Notice: Please note that prices are subject to change at any time. If you cancel your plan and later decide to sign up again, you will need to do so at the current prices at that time. This policy also applies if you switch to a different plan.
